All orders are processed and shipped by our fulfillment partner.

Processing time: 2–7 business days. (Production time can vary depending on order volume.)

Shipping time: • USA: 10–15 business days • Canada: 10–20 business days • International: 10–30 business days

Shipping fees: Shipping is included in the product price (Free Shipping).

Order tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Wrong address: If the address provided is incorrect, the package may be returned to the sender. A reshipping fee may apply.

Lost or damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at feelinggothstudios@proton.me and we will resolve the issue with our fulfillment partner.
