Refund Policy

All products in our store are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection.

All orders are final. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

We do accept claims in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • There is a printing error (wrong design, misalignment, etc.)
  • The package is lost in transit

In these cases, please contact us at feelinggothstudios@proton.me within 30 days of receiving your order (or the estimated delivery date for lost packages). Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with our production partner to offer a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Delays caused by the carrier or customs
  • Size or color variations due to monitor display differences

European Union customers: Due to the custom nature of our products, items are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, as they are clearly personalized goods produced on demand.
