Because all our products are made on demand (print-on-demand via Printful), orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Production begins immediately after your order is confirmed.

Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or lost in transit. In that case, Printful handles the replacement directly — please contact us at feelinggothstudios@proton.me with your order number and a photo of the issue.
